The DBEIS Fuel Poverty sub regional Statistics report defines Fuel Poverty in England as “Low Income, High Cost”. A household is deemed to be in Fuel Poverty if it has required heating costs which are above the national median, and meeting these costs places the household below the official poverty line (60% of median income).
Feed-in Tariff Installation Report 31 December 2017 is published by Ofgem.
It links to an excel that gives a breakdown of accredited installations under the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) scheme from 1 April 2010 to 31 December 2017.
By filtering it is possible to discover all the installations registered as Community Energy and London.
