Fuel Poverty Action is hiring a part-time Campaigns Intern! They are a small, grassroots campaigning group that fights for climate action, an end to fuel poverty, and social justice, with an emphasis on warm, safe housing.

Speak to MPs, trade unions and campaigning organisations – building a network round the issue.
Organise events, from conferences to direct actions
Work with residents in affected buildings to win the protection they need from both fire and cold, from their Housing Association and local authority.
Liaise with leaseholders fighting for their right to a safe building without having to pay tens of thousands of pounds to remedy a problem not of their making.
Keep abreast of issues related to flammable cladding
Update our social media (both Facebook and Twitter)
Research, write and edit internal documents, as well as blogs, articles and briefings.
