As part of Community Energy Fortnight, Community Energy London (CEL) is holding its third annual conference: The theme this year is ‘Energised Communities’ and we’ll explore how best we can engage, inspire and empower people to get more involved with local energy and city-wide initiatives.
Our line up of speakers includes Leonie Cooper, Assembly Member, Adam Scorer, Chief Executive for National Energy Action and Liz Hutchins, Campaign Director of Friends of the Earth. We will also hold an interactive ‘Question Time Panel Discussion’ around the energy potential of London’s communities.
The speakers will explore ways we can harness the opportunities presented by cross sector collaborations, the London Community Energy Fund and new social and technical innovations (agenda attached). Tickets are free, with advanced booking advised – see below for tickets and details:
